Fortunato Real Estate grew out of Adele Fortunato’s work: an architect, a licensed estate agent specializing in luxury property, and a property finder, with more than fifteen years in the business.
Training in architecture lets us read a building properly, which means planning compliance, structural potential, and what it could become. Finding a property is the easy half. Knowing whether it’s the right one is the rest of the job.
We are independent, with no network or franchise behind us and no conflicting interests to manage. Our judgment answers to the person who retains us.

We run the whole search: scouting, off-market properties, technical checks, negotiation, through to the notary’s deed. We work on a retained basis and in the buyer’s interest, whether the property is a home, an income property or a hospitality business.
Private Sale
For owners who want to sell without going public
We value the property, agree the strategy and handle every stage of the sale. When discretion matters, we sell privately: the property is presented selectively to our own network of contacts, with no public advertising and no portal listing.
Consulting
For a second opinion, or an investment idea to think through
Sometimes what’s needed is one qualified opinion before a decision, not a full search. Sometimes it’s an investment idea that needs shape. Either way we can talk it through from anywhere, in person or by video call.

Which areas do you cover?
Our base is Verona. For distinguished homes we cover the whole province, from Valpolicella through Valpantena to the Verona hills, and Lake Garda. Beyond that we work in Italy's main destinations, in Puglia among the masserie, trulli and villas, and in the larger cities such as Rome and Milan. For high-end hospitality investments, hotels and B&Bs included, we work nationwide.

Yes, and it is the larger part of what we do. As property finders we search on behalf of the buyer, across the whole market and off-market, from defining the brief through to the deed.
Can I ask you to sell my property?
Yes. We work with sellers with the same rigor we bring to buyers: a realistic valuation, a strategy built for that property, the negotiations handled end to end, and complete discretion. Where an owner wants no public exposure at all, we handle the sale privately through our own network.
How does the first contact work?
The first conversation is confidential and commits you to nothing, in person in Verona or by video call from anywhere. It is there to work out together whether we can be useful. If we go ahead, every engagement is agreed in writing and made clear before anything starts.
